By using GFAVIP Vault, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Locking Policies
Different GFAVIP mini-applications may implement various locking policies to ensure trust and continuity.
Policies are specific to each agreement and may vary by platform.
Default Gem Locking Policy
For standard agreements, the following terms apply:
- A portion of your earnings may be withheld and locked according to configurable terms
- Locked gems are held securely for a specified period
- After the lock period, gems are automatically released to your wallet
- Early unlock is not available except in extraordinary circumstances
Trust Fund Policy (Class.GFAVIP.com)
The Trust Fund is a security deposit designed to ensure service continuity and protect the platform against damages resulting from class abandonment. Think of it as a protected savings account that is held in trust during your tenure and returned upon a successful offboarding process.
Quick Summary of Terms
- Total Goal: 100 Gems
- Deduction Rate: 10 Gems per month
- Duration: 10 Months
- Deduction Timing: Every first cut-off of the month
FAQs:
- How is the Trust Fund collected? The fund is built gradually. Every month, 10 Gems will be deducted from your earnings during the first cut-off until the total balance reaches 100 Gems.
- Where can I monitor my balance? You can view your locked trust fund balance at any time via your personal dashboard at: https://vault.gfavip.com/dashboard/.
- What happens if I earn less than $50 in a pay period? To ensure you have enough take-home pay, if your total salary for a cut-off is less than $50, the deduction will be skipped for that month. The deduction will resume once you meet the earnings qualification in a subsequent month.
- When can I get my money back? The funds are released only under the following conditions: Submission of a formal resignation. Successful completion of the 30-day notice period and render of service. Completion of all offboarding requirements.
- Can I lose my Trust Fund? Yes. The balance in the Vault is forfeited to the Platform if: The teacher goes AWOL (Absent Without Leave). The teacher fails to render the required 30-day notice.
- Where is my money kept? By agreeing to these terms, you authorize GFAVIP Class to deposit the collected funds into a trust account at https://vault.gfavip.com/dashboard/. These funds are held in a financial institution insured by GFAVIP Class.
