Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GFAVIP Vault, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Gem Locking Policy

As a new teacher in the GFAVIP ecosystem, you acknowledge that:

• A portion of your earnings (default 20%, up to $50 USD cap) may be withheld and locked
• Locked gems are held securely for a period of 6 months
• After the lock period, gems are automatically released to your wallet
• Early unlock is not available except in extraordinary circumstances

3. Forfeiture

GFAVIP reserves the right to forfeit locked gems if you:

• Violate GFAVIP's Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Harm the GFAVIP community
• Violate applicable laws

4. Appeals Process

If you believe a forfeiture was unjust, you may:

• Contact support@gfavip.com within 30 days
• Submit a proposal to vote.gfavip.com for community voting
• Provide evidence supporting your appeal

5. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your locked gem information is stored securely and only accessible to you and authorized GFAVIP administrators.

6. Modifications

GFAVIP may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
